It's time to enroll for Summer '24 Piano Lessons. Kids leave their weekly lesson already knowing how to play and practice their songs. Weekly games and activities include developmentally appropriate rhythm, melody, harmonization, improvisation and composition activities to develop aural skills, note-reading, and musicianship. 

A piano/keyboard with stand and bench are required for home practice.

Summer '24 May 13-31 and June 17-July 23

We're offering a Summer FLEX PASS. Just let us know the weeks you have available this summer and we'll schedule your lessons. You'll only pay for the weeks that your child can attend during the summer.  All fees are due before the first lesson.

Summer is the perfect time to experience the joy of music making with friends. We'll be singing, moving, playing rhythm instruments, glockenspiels, keyboards, and so much more! Kids will sing and play tonal patterns using solfege (do-re-mi-fa-sol-la-ti-do,) rhythm patterns using Dr Ed Gordon's rhythm language, learning to create and play simple ensembles, and exploring the art of composing, too. 

Classes will meet on Tuesdays or Wednesdays once weekly. We're offering a FLEX PASS so if you have a vacation planned during the session, we've got you covered! Just let us know the dates your child CAN attend when you register and we'll send you your FLEX PASS invoice.

Taylor Swift Piano/Music Class 
If you're a big Taylor Swift fan and want to sing and play with other Swifties or NOT a Swiftie and just want to learn to sing and play some fun pop tunes on the piano, this is the class for you. Kids ages 6-13 are welcome! No previous experience is necessary.

You'll be learning about melody and harmony including chords as we play and sing Taylor Swift songs and choruses. Lessons will include a variety of activities including intro to the keyboard and sheet music reading skills, song sing-a-long, and song play along.

Registration is OPEN. Please indicate your child's current skill level and days/times available in the COMMENTS SECTION of your registration form. Classes will be filled in the order registrations are received.
Level A: students with no previous experience
Level B: primer level students reading in the 5-finger C position
Level C: students who are reading across the bass and treble staff in levels 1-3

 

Play musically with your baby through bouncing and rocking songs, wiggle and peek-a-boo games, dancing, moving, and singing. Activites will increase your child's curiosity about music, develop listening skills, build a sense of beat and establish the foundation for singing and musical thought. Infant/parent or caregiver class.

Play musically with your child! Singing, moving, dancing, listening, patterning, and playing simple instruments delight babies and toddlers and their grown-ups. Rhythm and tonal patterns, drumming, musical games, rhymes and verses develop musical abilities, stimulate cognition, and motor planning skills. Children attend with parent/caregiver.

Every lesson is joyful and designed to instill a love of music in your child. Our story-based curriculum with lovable finger friend characters and imaginative adventures brings music to life in these first piano and music lessons!

We develop the ear and teach young children preparatory music skills they will need to know before learning to read traditionally notated music. Students begin playing simple songs at the piano from the first lesson, enjoy musical and cognitive games designed to build music and piano skills in a relaxed, delightful way. 

A piano/digital keyboard is required for home practice.

Kids LOVE learning to play the piano with other kids. Your child will be playing songs from the very first lessons and learning new songs every week. In our small group classes, students advance quickly with lots of time for skills development, instruction, game based learning, and hands-on fun. Music making with peers creates an energetic, encouraging learning community that builds confidence and skills.

Learn to play the piano with our easy-to-start program. You’ll love the big, full sounds and songs you’ll be playing from the beginning. Students will quickly transition to traditional music notation with confidence. This class is perfect for tweens, teens, and adult beginners.

All students begin with an introductory private lesson: $30/30 minutes
Group Class Tuition $46/45 minutes

Private lesson piano students, it's time to enroll for the 2024-2025 academic year. Classes run from August 19th - May 23 for the academic year.
